1 . How do I enter the Millionaire draws through the website?
- Login to your Millionaire account.
- Click "Buy Now" on the Millionaire homepage.
- Choose the number of products you wish to purchase. One product gives you one entry to the draws.
- Select your numbers (4 out of 40).
- On each number panel you have three options:
- a. Manually pick your preferred 4 numbers (between 1 and 40).
- b. Have the system randomly select them for you by using the “Randomize” feature.
- c. Use a saved favourite set of numbers from the “Favourites” section.
- Click “Add to Cart”, which will take you through to your Shopping Cart.
- Click “Checkout” to go to the payment method.
- Select one of the available payment methods and proceed with the payment process.
- With each product purchased, you will also receive a Raffle ID. Your Raffle ID will automatically be entered into the Raffle Draw taking place on the same date as the Grand Draw. Your Raffle ID will be available on your ticket in the “Purchase History” section of Your Account.

4 . How much can I win as prize money when I participate in Millionaire?
Each product purchased gives you one complimentary entry to the Millionaire Grand Draw and Raffle Draw.
Prizes of the Grand Draw vary based on the numbers you correctly match with the winning numbers selected by the ball machine at each Grand Draw.
- If you match 4 out of the 4 winning numbers, then you are a top prize winner and you share the top prize of IQD 20,000,000 (Twenty Million Iraqi Dinars only) with other winners of the same category in that Grand Draw.
- If you match 3 out of the 4 winning numbers, then you will receive a prize of IQD 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Iraqi Dinars Only).
- If you match 2 out of the 4 winning numbers, then you will receive a prize of IQD 5,000/- (Five Thousand Iraqi Dinars Only).
- If you match 1 out of the 4 winning numbers, then you will receive a prize of IQD 1,000/- (One Thousand Iraqi Dinars Only).
The prizes of the weekly Raffle Draw amount to IQD 5,000,000/- (Five Million Iraqi Dinars Only) and will be shared amongst 254 winners every week. The winning Raffle numbers are selected using a Random Number Generator. The breakdown of the prizes is as follows:

5 . Where can I find my Raffle ID(s)?
- Your Raffle ID is displayed next to your 4 chosen numbers for the Grand Draw on your ticket.
- To see your ticket(s) for any upcoming draw(s), please go to “My Account”, “Purchase History” and “Upcoming Draw”.
- To see your tickets from past draws, please go to “My Account”, “Purchase History” and “Previous Draw”.
6 . How much does one product cost?
Each product costs IQD 3,000 and grants you 2 draw entries (consisting of one entry into the next Grand Draw and Raffle Draw).
7 . What can I use credit for?
At this point of time, you can only use credit to purchase bottle(s) of water. However, we may add other products in the future.
8 . Can I collect the product I purchased?
Yes, you can collect the product(s) you purchased from our designated collection points in Iraq, available for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

9 . Which currencies does Millionaire accept?
All transactions will be charged in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). You can use:

10 . What are the purchase limits?
There are no purchase limits.
11 . When are the weekly draws held? What is the deadline to enter the current week’s Millionaire draws?
Entries to the current week’s draws close every Saturday at 7:25 pm (Iraq time), as the Millionaire draws, consisting of the Grand and Raffle Draw will be held approximately at 7:30 pm (Iraq time) every Saturday. The draws are broadcast live on Millionaire’s Youtube and Facebook pages and website, as well as Al Rabiaa TV Millionaire.
12 . Can I participate in the Millionaire draws from outside Iraq?
Yes, you can participate, but by using an Iraqi phone number only, provided you meet our eligibility criteria (please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Rules for Millionaire for further information).
13 . How and when do I get my prize if I am a winner in the Millionaire Draws?
Your prize (whether a prize from the Grand Draw or Raffle Draw) will be credited and appear in your “Total Balance” following validation in accordance with our validation procedures.
14 . How can I withdraw my Millionaire winnings and what are the fees to do so?
The minimum withdrawal amount is IQD 5,000. You can request to withdraw prizes credited to your “Total Balance”. You can transfer your winnings to your Ewallet (Zain cash or Fast Pay), Electronic Payment Co (Visa or Master card) or Exchange House. Please refer to the below table:

Withdrawal requests will be subject to applicable verification checks and any withdrawal rules that are in place at the time of processing.
15 . Can credit be transferred to another Millionaire account?
No, credit cannot be transferred to another participant’s account.
16 . How do I collect my Millionaire winnings if I live outside of Iraq?
Prizes for the Grand and Raffle Draw can be withdrawn using one of the transfer channels stated above. Due to anti-money laundering rules and regulations, prizes will only be paid into an Iraqi payment method (E-Wallets, exchange house), therefore if you reside outside Iraq, you will need to be present in Iraq to collect your winnings.
17 . Can I participate as part of a syndicate (group of participants)?
No, we do not recognize syndicates and only recognize registered individual account holders. Millionaire will NOT be:
- Liable for the payment of any prize to any syndicate member (group of participants) other than a prize emanating from a winning entry which is payable only to the registered holder of the account with such winning entry;
- Bound by any agreement between the registered holder of the account and any syndicate member.
18 . Do I need to verify my account to withdraw my winnings?
For withdrawal amounts from IQD 1,000,000 and above, participants are required to verify their account for identification and security purposes in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence process.
19 . What do I do if my Millionaire account cannot be verified?
Account verification is required for withdrawals of IQD 1,000,000 and above from your “Available Balance.” Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide the required KYC documentation, we may suspend or blacklist your account, after which you will be unable to add credit, purchase products, enter the draws, or withdraw funds.
If in the future you are able to verify your account with relevant documents or information, please contact our Customer Support team, who can guide you on how to re-activate your account and complete the verification process.

20 . How can I edit my personal details in my account?
On the Millionaire webpage, if you would like to change your personal details, please click “My Account”, “Account Details” and “My Profile” after you have logged in to your account, update your details and click “Save Changes”.
Kindly note that some details such as your name, gender, and date of birth cannot be edited by you once you have completed your account registration. 21 . How can I reset my Millionaire password?
Through the webpage: Go to "Log In" on the Millionaire homepage and click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions;
22 . Can I register more than one account with Millionaire?
No, each participant can only have one registered account.
23 . What should I do if I am unable to log in to my Millionaire account?
If you unable to remember your registered Mobile Number or password, please initiate the “Forgot Password” procedure on the “Log In” page, clicking “Forgot Password” and follow the relevant instructions.

24 . How can I take a break from participating in Millionaire?
We have two options for participants who decide that they want to have fewer participations or take a long pause.
You can prevent yourself from purchasing credit, products, or entering the draws for a set period of time by using our time-out feature, or you can exclude yourself until you give us notice that you'd like to restart participating again.
To set up a time-out or self-exclusion, please:
- Log in to your account
- Go to “My Account”
- Select “Account Details”
- Click “My Profile”
- Click “Manage Account”
- Choose your option
- Enter your password to confirm your selection.

25 . What is the time-out feature in Millionaire?
The time-out feature can be chosen if you wish to exclude yourself from Millionaire for a short period of time (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks). During this period, you can log in to your account and withdraw any available winnings from your “Available Balance”, but you cannot participate in any further draw(s) or buy credit or products. At the end of the selected time-out period your account will automatically be reactivated.
26 . What is the self-exclusion feature in Millionaire?
This feature excludes you from our services for longer periods of time (from 6 months up to indefinitely). Once confirmed, this period of self-exclusion cannot be modified, revoked, or withdrawn prior to the expiry of the selected self-exclusion period.
During self-exclusion, you can log in to your account and can withdraw any available winnings from your “Available Balance,” but you cannot participate in any further draw(s) or buy credit or products.

27 . How do I close my Millionaire account?
To close your account, please:
- Log in to your account

- Choose “Close Account”
- Enter your password to confirm your selection.

28 . How do I know if my purchase of credit or product was successful?
If the purchase of credit or product was successful, you will receive a purchase confirmation from Millionaire by WhatsApp or email if you have selected either of these two options during registration as your preferred method of communication. You can also see the Credit Amount under “My Account” and “Balance summary.”

29 . How do I add credit on Millionaire?
You can add credit through:
- Our Website - You must have an account and a valid debit card (Visa/Master), Ewallet, or through mobile credit (Zain/AsiaCell). The website will guide you through the ordering process, where you will be able to indicate the amount of credit you wish to purchase.

Retail Stores – You can head to a nearby retail store and request to purchase Millionaire credit. The store will provide you with a 12-Digit Secret Number. To top up your account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Millionaire account
- Click “Add Credit”
- Enter the amount AND click “Submit”
- Click “Recharge” and enter the 12-digit secret number.

30 . How do I view my previous transactions?
To view your previous transactions, Log in to your account , go to “My Account”, select “Account Details”, and click “Balance Summary”.
31 . How do I view my entries for this week’s Millionaire draws?
You can check your entries by logging into your account, go to “My Account”, select “Account Details”, click on “Purchase History” and click on “Upcoming Draw”.
32 . Do you store my debit card details?
We do not store any of your credit or debit card information on our servers for security reasons. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we process your personal information.
33 . What are “Favourites”?
Whilst participating in the Millionaire draws through the web page, you can save your favorite numbers for the Grand Draw for future use. To create your favourites:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to “My Account”.
- Click on “Account Details”.
- Click “Favourite Numbers”.
- Enter your 4 favourite numbers.
- Save them as a favourite.
Alternatively, you can save your chosen numbers as favourites by clicking the heart icon below each line (only if you are logged in to your account before selecting your numbers).
You can save up to 10 sets of favourites on your account.
34 . Will my credit be added to my “Available Balance” as soon as I finish the add credit transaction?
Yes, all addition of Credit will be reflected in the “Available Balance” on your Millionaire account.
